- Photos: When you use our plant identification feature, you may take or upload photos of plants. These photos are transmitted to our servers for processing.
- Feedback: If you submit feedback through the App, we collect the content of your message.
- Garden Data: Information about plants you save to your virtual garden within the App.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Identifier: We generate and store a unique anonymous identifier (UUID) on your device. This identifier is not linked to your personal identity and is used solely to provide App functionality and associate your garden data.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including screens viewed, features used, and actions taken (such as completing onboarding or making purchases).
- Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and device orientation.
- Crash Reports: If the App crashes, we collect diagnostic information to help us identify and fix issues.
- Purchase and Subscription Data: When you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, we collect information related to your transactions, including subscription status, purchase history, and content consumption patterns (such as how you access and interact with purchased content).
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal contact information.
- We do not collect precise location data (GPS coordinates).
- We do not access your contacts, calendar, or other personal data on your device.
- We do not collect any government-issued identifiers.

3.1 Firebase Analytics (Google)

3.2 Firebase Crashlytics (Google)

3.3 RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat processes transaction data through Google Play and the Apple App Store. For more information, see RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
3.4 Sharing Consumption Data with Apple
When you make in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, we may share data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests. This information may include details about how you have accessed and interacted with the purchased content, such as subscription usage patterns and content consumption history. The purpose of sharing this data is to help Apple make an informed decision regarding refund requests. We ensure that such data sharing is carried out in compliance with Apple's policies and only as necessary to process your requests.
3.5 Google Play Services
Our App uses Google Play Services for various functionalities. Google may collect certain information as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Your garden data and scan history are stored on our secure servers and associated with your anonymous device identifier.
- Photos uploaded for plant identification are processed by our servers and may be temporarily stored for the purpose of providing the service.
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (TLS/SSL).
5. Data Retention
- We retain your garden data and scan history for as long as you use the App.
- Usage analytics data is retained in accordance with our analytics providers' retention policies (typically 14-26 months).
- You may request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 10).
